Ariane Rabel Shirvani (b. Tehran, living and working in Berlin) completed her Master of Arts in Design and Interior at Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan in 2015. She is a designer and material researcher working in bio-based product development. Her works highlight the subtleties of the botanical world, aiming to integrate bio pigments to exquisite craft processes. She seeks to create alternative colors and dyes that contribute to the environment, providing solutions to reduce waste and promote sustainability. She emphasizes the importance of adopting eco-friendly and responsible practices within the textile industry while working to increase awareness of critical issues within the field and their impact on the environment.
